Notice of Election of Chairman of the Board of Conciliation
for the Canterbury Industrial District.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by “The Industrial Conciliation
and Arbitration Act, 1905,” I, Edward Tregear, Registrar of
Industrial Unions under the Act, do hereby notify that
JOHN RICHARD TRIGGS,
of Christchurch, Canterbury, has been duly elected as
Chairman of the Board of Conciliation in and for the
Canterbury District for the residue of the term of Thomas
James McBride, who has resigned.
Dated at Wellington, this 11th day of September, 1906.

NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to an application in that behalf made to me by the Wellington
Letterpress Printers’, Machinists’, and Lithographers’
Industrial Union of Workers, registered No. 255, situated at Wellington, the registration of that industrial
union will be cancelled at the expiration of six weeks
from the date hereof unless within the six weeks specified
proceedings be commenced by a member or other person
interested in or having some claim on the funds of the
industrial union to set aside such cancellation, and the
same is set aside accordingly.
