NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Validation Court will be held at Tolago Bay on Tuesday, the 25th day of September, 1906, to inquire into and determine (inter alia) the matter set out in the Schedule hereunder, and to make such orders and decrees in respect thereof as to the Court shall seem fit.
