Applications for Confirmation Certificates under Section 55

NOTICE is hereby given that applications have been made to a Judge of the Court for certificates under section 55 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” confirming the alienations hereunder specified. All objections to the granting of such certificates must be lodged with me within fourteen days from the publication of this notice.

NOTICE is hereby given that the sitting of the Native Land Court which was notified to be held at Otorohanga, and which was adjourned to the 31st day of August, 1906, has, in accordance with instructions from the Hon. the Native Minister, been further adjourned to the 14th day of September, 1906.

Applications relating to lands in the districts of Tauranga, Whakatane, and Opotiki will be adjourned to be heard at those places as soon as practicable.
