IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
JOHN WILLIAM JOSEPHS and
CHARLES MAIL
to be Trustees, in the place of Robert Proctor and James Randall White, resigned, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Punakitere Public Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons previously appointed by His Excellency the Governor.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-seventh day of January, one thousand nine hundred and six.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the forty-fifth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the local authority specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to have the control and management of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

| All that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, containing by ad-measurement 3 acres, more or less, being section known as Waipiro A, situated in Block XVI, Mata Survey District. Bounded by a line commencing at peg No. 1 (shown on plan hereinafter referred to), distant 11024·8 links in a south-easterly direction and bearing S. 6°8′ 13″ E. from Trig. Station P 18, in Block XII, Mata Survey District, and proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction along a line bearing S. 11° 23′ E. a distance of 500 links; thence in a south-westerly direction along a line bearing S. 78° 37′ W. a distance of 600 links; thence in a north-westerly direction along a line bearing N. 11° 23′ W. a distance of 500 links; and thence in a north-easterly direction along a line bearing N. 78° 37′ E. a distance of 600 links to peg No. 1, the place of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 52235/15, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. |
