WHEREAS by the two-hundred-and-thirty-fifth sec-
tion of “The Land Act, 1892,” it is enacted that the
Governor may from time to time, either by general or par-
ticular description, and whether the same has been sur-
veyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding
that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any
Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of
the purposes in the said section mentioned :
Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise and
pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by
the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale
the land in the Auckland Land District described in the
Schedule hereunder written, for the purpose in the said
Schedule specified at the end of the description of the land
so intended to be temporarily reserved.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by
admeasurement 33 acres 2 roods, more or less, being Sec-
tion No. 92 (Waiotahi Parish), Block I, Opotiki Survey
District. Bounded towards the north by a road reserve
along the high-water mark of the shore of the Bay of
Plenty; towards the east by Section No. 90 (Waiotahi
Parish), Block I, Opotiki Survey District; towards the
south by a public road; and towards the west by a road
reserve along the shore of Ohiwa Bay, and by a road reserve
to the road reserve first mentioned: as the same is de-
lineated on the plan marked L. and S. 54192/6, deposited in
the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wel-
ington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
bordered red. For a stock reserve.

towards the south-east by Allotment No. 72 of the said
Section No. 8; towards the south-west by a public road;
and towards the north-west by Allotment No. 68 of Section
No. 8 aforesaid: as the same is delineated on the plan
marked L. and S. 54716/1, deposited in the Head Office,
Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the
Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured purple.
For primary education.
All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by
admeasurement 3 acres and 32 perches, more or less, being
Allotment No. 85 of Section No. 8 of the Village of Drury.
Bounded towards the north by Section No. 22 of the Parish
of Opaheke; towards the south-east by Section No. 23 of the
said parish; towards the south-west by the abutment of a
road, and by Allotments Nos. 81, 82, 83, and 84 of Section
No. 8 of the Village of Drury; and towards the west by the
abutment of a road: as the same is delineated on the plan
marked L. and S. 54716/1A, deposited in the Head Office,
Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the
Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red. For
a recreation reserve.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,

towards the south by Section No. 3, Block XI., Opaku
Survey District; and towards the west by Section No. 4 of
the said Block XI., and by Section No. 3 of Block VII.
aforesaid: as the same is delineated on the plan marked
L. and S. 54546/3, deposited in the Head Office, Department
of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington
Land District, and thereon bordered red. For the growth
and preservation of timber.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this twenty-seventh day of January, one thousand
nine hundred and six.
