NOTICE is hereby given that the W. H. Comstock Company (Limited), a joint-stock company incorporated in the Dominion of Canada, proposes to commence and intends to carry on business in the City of Wellington, and that the situation and locality of the office or place where such business will be carried on is Messrs. Howden Bros.’ building at the corner of Farish Street and Old Customhouse Street, in the City of Wellington.

NOTICE is hereby given that the following extraordinary resolution was carried at a general meeting of the company held at Napier on Monday, the sixth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and six: That this company in general meeting assembled do pass an extraordinary resolution to the following effect:—

“That the resignation of George White as Liquidator be accepted, and that it is not necessary to appoint a Liquidator in the place of the said George White resigned, and that Mr. Findlay be the sole Liquidator for winding up the affairs of the company, at a remuneration of two and one-half per cent. on the amount received from this date.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately subsisting between the undersigned, Thomas Jabez Leevvers, William Henry Leevvers, and Alfred Richard Leevvers, of Awatoto, Wool-scourers and Fellmongers, was on the 31st day of July, 1906, dissolved by mutual consent, and that all debts due and owing to or by the late firm will be received and paid by the said Thomas Jabez Leevvers. All persons having claims against the partnership shall furnish particulars thereof on or before the 1st September, 1906.

PATENT OFFICE SUPPLEMENT.

A SPECIAL Supplement to the New Zealand Gazette is now published fortnightly, containing all notices concerning patents and trade-marks required by law to be gazetted; also, particulars of lapsed applications for patents, expired letters patent, and other information useful to inventors, manufacturers, and others. The Supplement will be issued free to subscribers to the Gazette, and to others on payment of a subscription of ten shillings per annum, payable in advance to the Government Printer.

The full charge for board and education is £40 a year, but less is accepted from parents who cannot afford to pay this amount. In case of necessity admission is free.
