NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, James Augustus McAslan, of Dunedin, and John Robertson Melvin, of Dunedin, carrying on business as Seed and Grain Merchants, at Cumberland Street, Dunedin, under the style or firm of “McAslan and Melvin,” was on the 30th day of May, 1906, dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due to and owing by the late firm will be received and paid by the undersigned James Augustus McAslan, by whom the business will in future be carried on.

PARTNERSHIP NOTICE.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately subsisting between us, the undersigned, William Bastin Seagar, Charles Seagar, George Seagar, and Henry John Seagar, carrying on business as “Seagar Bros.,” at Auckland, New Zealand, as Engineers, Boiler-makers, and Iron and Brass Founders, was on the 20th day of July, 1906, dissolved by mutual consent so far as regards the said William Seagar, who retires from the firm.

The business will henceforth be carried on by the said Charles Seagar, George Seagar, and Henry John Seagar, as “Seagar Bros.,” who will pay and discharge all debts and liabilities, and receive all money payable to Seagar Bros.

I, GEORGE JOSEPH ASPIN, of Newmarket, near the City of Auckland, New Zealand, Railway Employee, do hereby give notice that I have assumed, taken, and adopted the surname of “Nixon” in addition to my previous family name of “Aspin,” and that I shall henceforth use the surname of “Nixon” in lieu of the surname of “Aspin”; and I further give notice that a duplicate of this notice has been filed in the Supreme Court, at Auckland, New Zealand.

NOTICE TO CREDITORS.

In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1903”; and in the matter of the Australasian Accountant and Business Man’s Journal Company (Limited).

NOTICE is hereby given that the creditors of the above-named company are required, on or before the 31st day of August, 1906, to send their names and addresses and the particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any), to Charles Grater, of Dunedin, Accountant, the Liquidator of the said company; and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator, are personally, or by their solicitors, to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts or claims are proved.

MINING NOTICE.

SLATE RIVER GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED), (IN LIQUIDATION).

NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to section 230 of “The Companies Act, 1903,” that a General Meeting of members of this company will be held at the Institute, Collingwood, on Thursday, the 23rd day of August, 1906, at 7 p.m., for the inspection of the accounts of the Liquidator, and to determine by extraordinary resolution that the books and documents of the company be retained by the Liquidator for the space of three months, and that they be then destroyed.
