ALL documents to be recorded in this office must be
in perfectly black and durable ink, and on paper
of good quality. Carbon copies are not as a rule desirable,
and can only be accepted if conforming to these conditions.
In lithographs and similar reproductions of drawings
the lines must be black and continuous, and not be blurred
or be liable to blur.
