A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” and its amendments, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent of the owners of the land hereinafter mentioned, and with the consent of the Masterton County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as taken for a road the land in Section 101, Block I, Otahoua Survey District, hereinafter described, that is to say,—

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” and its amendments, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the owners and of the mortgagees of the lands mentioned in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Whangarei County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said lands are situated, proclaim as a road the lands in Mangakahia Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the road first hereinbefore proclaimed.
