Notice to Mariners No. 53 of 1906.

WANGANUI RIVER.—LIGHTS TO BE EXHIBITED DURING CARRYING-OUT OF HARBOUR-WORKS.

THE Wanganui Harbour Board notifies that whilst the internal wall opposite the South Spit is being constructed the following lights will be shown, viz.: Green light showing down the river from lower end of works, and a green light showing up the river from upper end of works. All vessels should pass between the lights and the South Spit until further instructions are given.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by “The Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1905,” I, Edward Tregear, Registrar of Industrial Unions under the Act, do hereby notify that
