NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the Slate River Gold-dredging Company (Limited) held in the Institute, Collingwood, on Friday, the 12th day of January, 1906, at 7 p.m., the following extraordinary resolutions were passed by the required majority of members, as follows: 1. That the Slate River Gold-dredging Company (Limited) cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that the company be wound up voluntarily; and that a Liquidator be appointed for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company and distributing its assets. 2. That Frederick West, the company’s Secretary, be appointed Liquidator at a remuneration of £30.
