All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable William Lee, Baron Plunket, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this nineteenth day of January, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and six.

At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this seventeenth day of January, 1906.

THE HONOURABLE SIR J. G. WARD, K.C.M.G., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by subsection one of section two of “The Ellesmere Lands Drainage Act, 1905,” the Ellesmere Lands Drainage District has been constituted a land drainage district: And whereas by subsection two of that section it is enacted that the district so constituted shall be deemed to be a district under “The Land Drainage Act, 1904,” and the provisions of that Act shall apply thereto in the same manner as if it had been constituted a drainage district under that Act: And whereas by section four of the last-mentioned Act it is provided that in the case of every district the Board of Trustees shall consist of such number of persons, being not less than five nor more than seven, as is fixed by the Governor in Council:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred by “The Land Drainage Act, 1904,” and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby declare that the Board of Trustees for the said Ellesmere Lands Drainage District shall consist of seven persons to be elected as members of the said Board under and in accordance with the said Act.

Native Land in Mangakahia Survey District to be taken for Scenic Purposes.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this nineteenth day of December, 1905.
Present:
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE R. J. SEDDON PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is Native land and is required to be taken, under “The Public Works Act, 1905,” and “The Scenery Preservation Act, 1903,” for scenic purposes:
And whereas the said land is held or occupied by Native owners, and the title thereto is not derived from the Crown:
And whereas a map of the said land has been prepared in duplicate, as required by the eighty-ninth section of “The Public Works Act, 1905”:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by “The Public Works Act, 1905,” and “The Scenery Preservation Act, 1903,” and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby declare that the land shown upon such map, and described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby taken for scenic purposes as aforesaid; and the said land shall vest in His Majesty the King as from the eleventh day of February, one thousand nine hundred and six.
