COMPLETE specifications relating to the undermentioned applications for Letters Patent have been accepted, and are open to public inspection at this office. Any person may, at any time within two months from the date of this Gazette, give me notice in writing of opposition to the grant of any such patent. Such notice must set forth the particular grounds of objection, and be in duplicate. A fee of 10s. is payable thereon.

Claims.—(1.) An improved cycle pedal-strap or toe-clip of leather, canvas, or like material, consisting of a centre piece A, having four tails or ends, such as B, cut in one piece in the manner illustrated in Fig. 1, the two sides of centre piece A being cut diagonally to make the front shorter than the back, substantially as and for the purposes specified, and as described and shown in the drawings. (2.) An improved cycle pedal-strap or toe-clip as claimed in Claim 1, in combination with or without the keeper C, such as illustrated in Fig. 2 of the drawings, having two loops for ends B to pass through, the keeper C being riveted to a small piece D near the centre, leaving a space of half an inch between rivet centres for the spike on pedal side to enter between small piece D and outside part of keeper C, substantially as and for the purposes specified and described, and illustrated in the drawings.
