Lands taken for a Road through Section 4, Blocks VII and VIII, Tutamoe Survey District, Hokianga County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” and its amendments, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent of the owner and of the lessee of the lands hereinafter mentioned, and with the consent of the Hokianga County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said lands are situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as taken for a road the lands in Hokianga County hereinafter described, that is to say,—

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable William Lee, Baron Plunket, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-first day of April, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and six.
