"THE MOTOR REGISTRATION ACT, 1905."

THE Councils of the city and county mentioned in the Schedule hereto hereby give public notice that at the meetings of the said several Councils, held on the several dates set opposite to the names of their respective districts in the said Schedule, the said Councils respectively resolved that the above Act should be brought into operation in their respective districts on the 1st day of May, 1906.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, ROBERT GEORGE SHEARMAN and WILLIAM JOSHUA SHEARMAN, under the style or firm of "Shearman Brothers," in the business of Grocers, Ironmongers, and General Importers, carried on by us at Ashburton, has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the thirty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and six, and the business will henceforth be carried on by the said Robert George Shearman alone, who will pay and discharge all debts and liabilities and receive all moneys payable to the said late firm.
