MINING NOTICES.
In the matter of the Kohikohi Gold-dredging Company (Limited).
AT an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at the Chamber of Commerce, Customhouse Quay, Wellington, on Monday, the 12th day of March, 1906, the following resolution was duly passed: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the company that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and that accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily under the provisions in that behalf of ‘The Companies Act, 1903.’”
And at the same meeting Mr. H. F. LOGAN was appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up, at a remuneration of £25.
