pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by
the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the
lands in the Wellington Land District described in the
Schedule hereunder written, for the purposes in the said
Schedule specified at the end of the respective descriptions
of the lands so intended to be temporarily reserved.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing
by admeasurement 10 acres 1 rood 23 perches, more or
less, being Section No. 14, Block II, Hunua Survey Dis-
trict (Manunui Village Settlement). Bounded towards the
north-east by the river-bank reserve along the left bank
of the Wanganui River; towards the south-east by Section
No. 13 of the Manunui Village Settlement, Block II,
Hunua Survey District; towards the south-west by a public
road; and towards the north-west by Section No. 15 of the
said Block II. For primary education.
All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing
by admeasurement 2 acres, more or less, being Sections
Nos. 29 and 30, Block II, Hunua Survey District (Manunui
Village Settlement). Bounded towards the north-east by
Sections Nos. 38 and 37 of the Manunui Village Settlement,
Block II, Hunua Survey District; towards the south-east
by Section No. 31 of the said village; towards the south-
west by a public road; and towards the north-west by a
public road. For a site for a public school.
All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing
by admeasurement 1 acre and 28 perches, more or less, being
Section No. 52, Block II, Hunua Survey District (Manunui
Village Settlement). Bounded towards the north-east by a
public road; towards the south-east by Section No. 53,
Block II, Hunua Survey District (Manunui Village Settle-
ment); towards the south - west by Waikura Terrace,
Manunui Village Settlement; and towards the north-west
by Section No. 51 of the said settlement, Block II afore-
said. For primary education.
As the same are delineated on the plan marked L. and S.
54122/23, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands
and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District,
and thereon coloured purple.
All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing
by admeasurement 1 acre and 29 perches, more or less, being
Section No. 53, Block II, Hunua Survey District (Manunui
Village Settlement). Bounded towards the north-east by a
public road; towards the south by Waikura Terrace,
Manunui Village Settlement; and towards the north-west
by Section No. 52, Block II, Hunua Survey District. For
depositing refuse.
All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing
by admeasurement 14 acres 2 roods 15 perches, more or
less, being Section No. 83, Block II, Hunua Survey District
(Manunui Village Settlement). Bounded towards the north
by Waikura Terrace, Manunui Village Settlement, Block II,
Hunua Survey District; towards the north-east by railway
reserve; towards the south-east and towards the south-west
by Crown land; and towards the north-west by Section
No. 54 of the said village settlement. For a quarry reserve.
As the same are delineated on the plan marked L. and S.
54122/23, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands
and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District,
and thereon coloured red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this twelfth day of March, one thousand nine

Act, 1882,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor
of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

to be Trustees, in the place of Frederick A. Waterman and
William Mitchell, deceased, and Frank Garlick, to provide
for the maintenance and care of the Oxford Public Ceme-
