In the matter of the Manawatu-Kukutauaki No. 7d No. 2d Block, and of an appeal by Nikorima te Haunga against the decision of the Native Land Court, given on the 16th day of November, 1905, on an application for succession for the interest of Irihapeti Matiu, deceased.
NOTICE is hereby given that, by notice to the Registrar, and with the approval of the Chief Judge, the said appeal has been withdrawn.
