Commissioner's Decisions under Tariff Acts.
Department of Trade and Customs,
Wellington, 7th March, 1906.
IT is hereby notified for public information that the Hon. the Commissioner of Trade and Customs has decided to interpret the Customs and Excise Duties Acts in relation to the undermentioned articles as follows:—
NOTE.—“Not otherwise enumerated” appears as n.o.e.; “other kinds” as o.k.; “articles and materials suited only for, and to be used solely in, the fabrication of goods in the colony” as a. & m.s. Articles marked thus * are revised decisions.

The decision on page 66 as to dentists' porcelain furnace is therefore superseded by the above, but the decision as to dentists' furnace and pot for melting metals, 20 per cent. NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned lands will be open for selection, at this office, and at Mrs. Macintosh’s office, Oamaru, on Monday, the 9th day of April, 1906, under the provisions of “The Land for Settlements Consolidation Act, 1900,” and amendments.
