REGISTRAR-GENERAL’S Report on the Vital Statistics of the Four Chief Towns of New Zealand for the Year 1905:—

RETURN of the Number of Births, with the Actual Mortality of Males and Females, and the Proportion of Births and Deaths to Population, in the undermentioned Boroughs, during the Year 1905.

Deaths occurring at hospitals have been omitted, except where deceased had previously resided in one or other of the above boroughs, in which case the death is counted against the borough of residence.
