Additional Land taken at Campbelltown for the Purposes of the Waitaki-Bluff Railway.

PLUNKET, Governor.
A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Waitaki-Bluff Railway to take further land at Campbelltown, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-one, twenty-nine, and one hundred and eighty-eight of "The Public Works Act, 1905," and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto are taken for the purposes above mentioned.
SCHEDULE.

All in the Southland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked 13892, deposited in the office of the Minister for Railways, at Wellington, in the Provincial District of Wellington, and thereon coloured burnt sienna (bordered red), green, and yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable William Lee, Baron Plunket, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this seventeenth day of February, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and six.

Land set apart for State Forest Purposes in the Land District of Auckland.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by "The New Zealand State Forests Act, 1885," and of every other power and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, do hereby set apart the forest land described in the Schedule hereto, forming part of the Crown lands in New Zealand, as and for a State forest within the provisions of the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland District, containing by admeasurement 157 acres 1 rood 36 perches, more or less, being Section No. 15 and eastern portion of Section No. 17, both of Block XI, Waipoua Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Section No. 16 of Block XI, Waipoua Survey District; towards the north-east by a public road; towards the east by Section No. 1 of Block IX, Tutamoe Survey District, and by a public road bounding the last-mentioned section on the west to the northern boundary-line of Section No. 23A, Block XI, Waipoua Survey District; towards the south by the said Section No. 23A, across and by a public road, by the crossing of the said public road, and by Section No. 23 of Block XI aforesaid; and towards the west generally by the western portion of Section No. 17 of Block XI aforesaid, by the crossing of a public road, by the said public road, and by a stream to the point of commencement: exclusive of those portions of public roads which intersect the above-described area: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 48855/23, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Bounded towards the north-east by a public road, by the Waihora Stream, by the crossing of the said stream, and by Section No. 677, Block XI, Rewa Survey District, to its southernmost corner; towards the south-east by Sections Nos. 680 and 2 of the said Block XI; and towards the west by Section No. 3 of Block XI aforesaid: exclusive of a road reserve which intersects the above-described area: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 54914/1, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon bordered red.
