It is proposed to construct the continuation of Baigent's
Track from the Owen Forks up the left branch and
Fryingpan Creek to the Saddle, and other pack-tracks, so as
to make the land accessible.
At the junction of Baigent's with the main coach-road
there is a good accommodation-house, and also post-office.
The mail-coach from Nelson passes twice a week.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this twentieth day of December, one thousand
nine hundred and five.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned
lands will be open for selection on lease in perpetuity,
at this office, on Monday, the 26th day of March, 1906,
under the provisions of “The Land for Settlements Con-
solidation Act, 1900,” and amendments.
If more than one application is received for the same
section on the same day, the order of selection shall be
decided by ballot.
