Alteration to the Scales of Fares, Rates, and Charges in Force upon the New Zealand Government Railways.

IN pursuance of all powers and authorities enabling me under “The Government Railways Act, 1900,” I, Joseph George Ward, Minister for Railways, do hereby make the following alterations in the scale of fares, rates, and charges in force on the New Zealand Government railways open for traffic, such alterations to come into force on and after the 5th day of March, 1906.

PART I.—PASSENGERS.

Cancel Regulations 14, 15, 16.

Insert—

Season Tickets.

Application for Season Tickets (and Commutation Tickets when such are not stocked) must be made on a form obtainable at any railway ticket-office, and must be lodged with the Manager or Stationmaster at least twenty-four hours before the tickets are required.
Fares will be charged as follows :—
