NOTICE is hereby given that the sitting of the Native Land Court which was notified to be held at Wellington on the 20th day of December, 1906, has been adjourned to the 15th day of January, 1907, at the same place.

In the matter of Puketi and other blocks, and of an appeal by Matiu Whitiki from the decision of the Native Land Court, dated the 25th day of June, 1906, on succession to Raina te Rangikoianake, deceased.
NOTICE is hereby given that, by notice to the Deputy Registrar, and with the approval of the Chief Judge, the said appeal has been withdrawn.
