NATIVE LAND COURT NOTICES.

Order under Section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894.”

IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, AUCKLAND DISTRICT.

In the matter of the land known as Okauia Nos. 2, 3, and 4; and in the matter of an application by Korowhiti Rangituataka, made to the Chief Judge of the said Court, in pursuance of section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894.”

UPON reading the said application, and the several documents and orders referred to in the said application, I, the Chief Judge of the Native Land Court, in exercise of the power conferred on me by the said section 39, do hereby dismiss the said application; and I hereby give leave to appeal (without costs) against this decision by notice of appeal to be lodged with the Registrar of the Native Land Court at Auckland within six weeks from date of publication of this notice.

NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Native Appellate Court will be held at Rotorua on the 17th day of December, 1906, to hear and determine the several appeals against the decisions of the Native Land Court set forth in the Schedule hereto. All persons interested in the said applications are hereby notified to attend at the time and place aforesaid.
