Revising Press Telegram Regulations.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this nineteenth day of December, 1906.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the eighteenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and six, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the nineteenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and six, regulations were made under the authority of “The Electric Lines Act, 1884” (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), inter alia, for fixing and determining the fees and rates to be demanded and received for the transmission of Press telegrams, and it is expedient to amend the regulations and fees for the transmission of such telegrams in the manner hereinafter set forth:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby revoke the regulations, fees, and rates specified as class (1A) under the heading “Press Telegrams” in the above-recited Order in Council, and in lieu thereof doth make the regulations and fix the fees and rates set forth in the Schedule hereto for the same purposes: And doth hereby order that such regulations and such fees and rates shall have effect on and from the date of the publication of this Order in Council in the New Zealand Gazette.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Blackwater Domain.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this seventeenth day of December, 1906.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section two of “The Domain Boards Act, 1904” (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to “The Public Domains Act, 1881,” control of such domain:
And whereas by an Order in Council made under the provisions of “The Public Reserves Act, 1881,” on the twenty-sixth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and six, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twenty-ninth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and six, the land described in the Schedule hereto was brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of “The Public Domains Act, 1881”:
And whereas it appears expedient to appoint a Domain Board to control the said domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice of the Executive Council of the said Colony of New Zealand, doth hereby appoint

JAMES MARTIN HANNAH,
WILLIAM MEATES,
THOMAS WILLIAM BANNAN, and
HUGH SCOTT
to be the Blackwater Domain Board, having the control of the land described in the said Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the second day of February, one thousand nine hundred and seven, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Public Hall, Blackwater, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
BLACKWATER DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 6 acres 3 roods, more or less, being Section No. 14, Block XII, Mawhera-iti Survey District. Bounded by a line commencing at a point (the said point being distant 43094·9 links north and 90164·2 links east of Initial Trig. Station, situated at the south-west corner of Mawhera-iti Survey District), and proceeding in a north-westerly direction, bearing N. 26° 57′ 30″ W., a distance of 916·1 links; thence along a line in a north-easterly direction, bearing N. 70° 24′ E., a distance of 795·8 links, to the Blackwater Road; thence south-easterly along the southern side of the said road, a distance of 813·3 links, to a point bearing N. 61° 01′ E. from the commencing-point; and thence by a right line for a distance of 1027·3 links to the point of commencement: exclusive of Blackwater Creek, which intersects the above-described area: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 55376/3, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Recreation Reserve in Taranaki Land District brought under “The Public Domains Act, 1881.”
PLUNKET, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this seventeenth day of December, 1906.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-fourth section of “The Public Reserves Act, 1881,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Taranaki Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of “The Public Domains Act, 1881”; and such reserve shall hereafter be known as Mangaroa Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with in manner directed by the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 11 acres and 16 perches, more or less, being Section No. 35, Town of Mangaroa (Block V, Ohura Survey District). Bounded towards the north by Hihi Street, 1000 links; towards the east by Huia Street, 1010 links; towards the south by a street, 500 links; again towards the south by a street, 200 links; and again towards the south by Sections Nos. 28 and 27, Town of Mangaroa, 500 links; towards the west by Section No. 34, Town of Mangaroa, and a street, 1210 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 55585B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
