Auckland West District comprises the western part of the City of Auckland lying west of Hepburn Street, Napier Street, across Franklin Road, along Middle Street, Cascade Street, and College Road to Patteson Street; thence along Patteson Street to the eastern boundary of Section No. 16, in Victoria Park; thence along the eastern boundary of that section and its production across Victoria Park to Waitemata Harbour.

GREY LYNN.

Grey Lynn comprises the Borough of Grey Lynn, less the portion lying east of Williamson Avenue and north of Pollen Street, and includes the whole of the Arch Hill and Eden Terrace Road Districts of Eden County, together with that portion of Mount Albert Road District of Eden County lying north of the Western Springs Road, New North Road, and Onslow Road, and that portion of the Borough of Mount Eden bounded by a line along the railway-line from Eden Terrace Road District to Mount Eden Road; thence by Mount Eden Road to the Terrace east of View Road; thence by the Terrace to Sherburn Road, by Sherburn Road to Valley Road, by Valley Road to Mount Roskill Road, by Mount Roskill Road to Onslow Road, by Onslow Road to the western boundary of the Borough of Mount Eden; and thence along the western and north-western boundaries of the Borough of Mount Eden to the railway-line.

EDEN.

Eden District comprises the Waikomiti Riding of Waitemata County, and that part of the Waitakerei Riding not included in the Waitemata District hereinbefore described, together with the Avondale and Point Chevalier Road Districts of Eden County, and Mount Albert Road District, less that portion lying north of the Western Springs Road, New North Road, and Onslow Road; and includes that portion of Mount Roskill Road District lying north of Mount Albert Road and west of Buckland Road; the Epsom Road District, less the part lying west of Almorah Road; the northern portion of One-tree Hill Road District lying north of Market Road; and also the Borough of Mount Eden, less the northern portion included in the Auckland East and Grey Lynn Districts hereinbefore described.

PARNELL.

Parnell District comprises the existing Parnell Electoral District, together with that portion of One-tree Hill Road District of Eden County which lies between Market Road and the road which runs south-westerly from the Great South Road at the Harp of Erin Hotel to the Royal Oak Hotel.

MANUKAU.

Manukau District comprises the Mount Roskill Road District of Eden County, less the portion lying north of Albert Road, and west of Buckland Road; and includes those portions of One-tree Hill and Mount Wellington Road Districts in the existing Manukau Electoral District; also the Borough of Onehunga; together with the Otahuhu and Howick Ridings of Manukau County, the Drury and Papakura Road Districts, and the Papakura Town District in the Papakura Riding, and that part of the Wairoa Road District lying westward of the Wairoa River. This district includes the following islands: Rangitoto, Motutapu, Rakino, Motuihi, Brown’s, Waiheke, Pakatoa, Ruth’s, Ponui, Pahiki.

FRANKLIN.

Franklin District comprises the Awhitu, Waiuku, Pukekohe, and Maungatawhiri Ridings of Manukau County; together with the Hunua Road District of Papakura Riding and that part of the Wairoa Road District east of the Wairoa River, the Whangamarino Riding of Waikato County, and the Huntly Riding less the south-western portion lying south of the road running east from the Waikato River immediately north of the Hakanoa Lake to Section 9A, Taupiri Parish; thence along the northern boundary of that section and through the Auckland University College endowment to the Mangawara River; and also the Te Akau, Onewhero, and Whangape Ridings of Raglan County; and that part of the Waingaro Riding included in the existing Franklin Electoral District.

THAMES.

Thames District comprises the Coromandel and Thames Counties, together with the Borough of Thames.

OHINEMURI.

Ohinemuri District comprises the Ohinemuri County and the Borough of Waihi.

WAIKATO.

Waikato District comprises Waipa County, less that part of the Town of Cambridge south of the Waikato River, and includes the Karioi, Whaingaroa, Pirongia, and Karamu Ridings of Raglan County, and that part of Waingaro Riding in the existing Waikato Electoral District; and also Kirikiriroa and Tamahere Ridings of Waikato County, the southern portion of Huntly Riding excluded from the Franklin District hereinbefore described; and the western portion of Cambridge Riding lying west of the road running south from Fencourt to the Waikato River west of Cambridge Borough and lying west of the railway-line from Fencourt to the northern boundary of the riding. This district includes the Borough of Hamilton.

TAURANGA.

Tauranga District comprises the Counties of Tauranga and Piako, together with that portion of the County of West Taupo lying north of a right line from the source of the Ongaruhe River to Lake Taupo at the mouth of the Waihora Stream, and also that portion of Cambridge Riding of Waikato County excluded from the Waikato District hereinbefore described; and also the Boroughs of Tauranga, Te Aroha, and Cambridge, and that part of the Town of Cambridge south of the Waikato River.

BAY OF PLENTY.

Bay of Plenty District comprises the Counties of Rotorua, Whakatane, Opotiki, and Waiapu, together with that portion of East Taupo County lying north of the Taupo-Napier Road, and also the Tolago Bay, Waimata, and Waikohu Ridings of Cook County, and that portion of Gisborne Riding lying north of Sections 17, 16, 30, and 71, Block VIII, Waimata Survey District. East Island is also included in this district.

GISBORNE.

Gisborne District comprises the Wairoa County, together with the Hangaroa, Patutahi, Arai, and Whataupoko Ridings of Cook County, and also the Gisborne Riding less that portion north of Sections 17, 16, 30, and 71, Block VIII, Waimata Survey District, included in the Bay of Plenty District hereinbefore described: the Borough of Gisborne is also included in this district. Portland Island is also included in this district.

NAPIER.

Napier District comprises the existing Napier Electoral District, together with the eastern portion of the Puketapu Riding of Hawke’s Bay County lying east of the Mangaone River from the Tutaekuri River to Rissington and south of the road running easterly from Rissington; and also the eastern portion of the Okawa Riding, bounded by the road from Fernhill to Okawa Station, and thence by the road running northerly to the Tutaekuri River.

HAWKE’S BAY.

Hawke’s Bay District comprises that portion of the East Taupo County lying south of the Taupo-Napier Road and east of the Tokaanu-Waiouru Road; together with the Hawke’s Bay County, less the Napier District hereinbefore described: this district also includes the Waipawa Riding of Waipawa County, that part of the Hampden Riding of Waipawa County lying north of the Mangamouku and Mangaonuku Rivers, and also the Patangata and Oero Ridings of Patangata County, the Erehwon Riding of Rangitikei County, and that part of the Karioi Riding of Waimarino County lying east of the Tokaanu-Waiouru Road. This district includes the Borough of Hastings.

TAUMARUNUI.

Taumarunui District comprises the Counties of Kawhia, Waitomo, and Awakino, together with that part of West Taupo County lying south of a right line from the source of the Ongaruhe River to Lake Taupo at the mouth of the Waihora Stream, that part of East Taupo County lying west of the Tokaanu-Waiouru Road, that part of Waimarino County lying west of the Tokaanu-Waiouru Road, and also the Mokau, Urenui, Tikorangi, and Waihi Ridings of Clifton County, that part of Ngatimaru Riding lying north of the Waitara River and the Mangaone Stream, and that part
