KIWITEA COUNTY COUNCIL.
MOTOR REGISTRATION.
NOTICE is hereby given that at a meeting of the Kiwitea County Council held on the 21st July, 1906, the following resolution was passed:—
That the Kiwitea County Council, being the registering authority under the provisions of “The Motor Regulation Act, 1906” (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), for the District of the County of Kiwites, hereby resolves that the said Act shall be brought into force within the said district on and after the 5th day of January, 1907.

In the matter of the Gibbston Coal-pits (Limited).
AT an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company held at Dunedin on Monday, the 3rd day of December, 1906, the following resolutions were passed:—
- “That the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and that the company be wound up accordingly under ‘The Companies Act, 1903.’”
- “That the directors be appointed liquidators.”

NOTICE is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly Societies has, pursuant to section 10 of “The Friendly Societies Act, 1882,” by writing under his hand dated this 5th day of December, 1906, cancelled the registry of the Progress Tent, Register No. 110 (31), situate at Kaikora, Hawke’s Bay, a branch of the New Zealand Central District Independent Order of Rechabites Friendly Society, on the ground that the said branch has ceased to exist.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between the undersigned, carrying on business as Sheep-farmers at Te Kaminaru, Terawhiti District, has been this day dissolved by mutual consent.
The undersigned JAMES McMENAMEN will continue to carry on the said business alone, and all debts due by the partnership will be paid by him.

- That the Partnership lately subsisting between us, the undersigned, ALEXANDER HUGH LOGAN and ROBERT ALEXANDER CLELAND, carrying on business as Importers and Typewriter Agents, at No. 31 Bond Street, Dunedin, has been dissolved by mutual consent from the 29th day of November, 1906.
- That the said business will be carried on at the said address by the said Robert Alexander Cleland, under the name of “The Typewriter Exchange,” and that the said Robert Alexander Cleland will pay and discharge all debts and liabilities of the said late firm and receive all moneys due thereto.
