THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

Inangahua River about two miles and three-quarters above
the Progress battery, near the junction of Rainy Creek with
the said river, and terminating at the said battery. Memo.—
The race applied for includes part of the race heretofore
held by the applicant, under Water-race License No. 1530,
for fifty heads of water from the same source, which license
will be surrendered, and this application is also in lieu of
application No. 173.

Length and intended course of race: Length, about two
miles and three-quarters; course, northerly, crossing part
of R. Craig’s freehold.

Points of intake: Inangahua River.

Estimated time and cost of construction: Six months;
£1,500.

Mean depth and breadth: 5 ft. 6 in. by 10 ft.

Number of heads to be diverted: Forty.

Purpose for which water is to be used: Mining purposes—
viz., treatment of ore at the works connected with the said
battery.

Proposed term of license: Forty-two years.

THE BUNKER’S HILL GOLD-MINING COMPANY

NOTICE is hereby given that a General Meeting of the
members of the above-named company will be held
at the Liquidator’s office, 32 Shortland Street, on Tuesday,
8th January, 1907, at 2.30 p.m., for the purpose of having
an account laid before the company showing the manner in
which the winding-up has been conducted and the property
of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation
that may be given by the Liquidator, and for the purpose of
passing an extraordinary resolution disposing of the books,
accounts, and documents of the company, and of the
Liquidator.
