PLUNKET, Governor.
WHEREAS by the two-hundred-and-thirty-fifth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Wellington Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the purpose in the said Schedule specified at the end of the description of the land so intended to be temporarily reserved.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 8 acres 3 roods, more or less, being Section No. 14, Block XIII, Ohinewairua Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Section No. 11 of the said block, towards the south-east generally by Kaka Road, and towards the north-west generally by Pukenua Road; as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 56393, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. For a site for a public school.

For an addition to a site for a lighthouse.

Notifying Lands in Auckland Land District for Sale by Public Auction.
PLUNKET, Governor.
IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one-hundred-and-thirteenth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Friday, the fifteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and seven, as the time at which the lands enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction; and I do hereby fix the prices at which the said lands shall be sold as those mentioned in the said Schedule hereto opposite the description of such lands respectively.
