Arrangements for First Election, &c., Eltham County.

to be the person to make up electors’ rolls for the Ridings of Kaponga, Mangatoki, South, Eltham, and Omona, in the County of Eltham, as constituted by “The Counties Act, 1886,” and “The Eltham County Act, 1906”; also to be Returning Officer to conduct the first election of members of the Council of the said county, and to be the Clerk of the Council of the said county for the purpose of presiding at the first meeting thereof.
