NOTICE is hereby given that the Final General Meeting of shareholders of the above company will be held on Monday, the 22nd day of January, 1906, at 8 p.m., at the office of the company, Aylmer Street, Ross.
Business: To receive and consider the final statement of affairs of the company and Liquidators.

Special Resolution.
Passed 30th November, 1905; confirmed 19th December, 1905.
AT an extraordinary general meeting of the Bunker's Hill Gold-mining Company (Limited), duly convened, and held at Auckland on the 30th day of November, 1905, the subjoined special resolution was duly passed, and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the said company, also duly convened, and held at the same place on the 19th day of December, 1905, the subjoined special resolution was duly confirmed:- That it is desirable to reconstruct the company, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that CHARLES ARTHUR STUBBS be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up. Dated the 22nd day of December, 1905.
