THE undermentioned public-school cadet companies, battalions, and detachments are recognised under the regulations published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 18th February, 1904:—

Auckland Education District.

The No. 3 Auckland Public School Cadet Battalion, with the following officers: W. Kay, commanding the Bayfield Public School Cadets, to command the battalion; G. H. Plummer, commanding the Richmond Road Public School Cadets, to be Adjutant; and D. C. Brown, commanding the Mount Eden Public School Cadets, to be Quartermaster.
