Rural Land in Otago Land District open for Selection on Lease in Perpetuity.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned land will be open for selection on lease in perpetuity, at this office, on Wednesday, the 17th day of January, 1906, under the provisions of “The Land Act, 1892.”

If more than one application is received for the allotment on the same day, the order of selection shall be decided by ballot.

SCHEDULE.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT. — WAHemo COUNTY. — ROCK AND PILLAR SURVEY DISTRICT.

Second-class Land.

Weighted with £29 1s. 6d., valuation for fencing. Open land, somewhat broken, and partly covered with rocks. A small portion is suitable for cultivation, and the balance is pastoral land; well watered. These sections are easy of access, being on the main road from Hyde to Palmerston, and are within three miles of the Hyde Railway-station.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned land will be open for selection on lease in perpetuity, at this office, on Tuesday, the 28th day of November, 1905, under the provisions of “The Land for Settlements Consolidation Act, 1900,” and amendments.

Contains 129 pine-trees and gum-trees, from 12 in. to 18 in. in diameter. South boundary abuts on New Windsor Road, and is fenced with gorse hedge and post-and-rail fence.
