NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned land will be open for selection on lease in perpetuity, at this office, on Wednesday, the 17th day of January, 1906, under the provisions of “The Land Act, 1892.”
If more than one application is received for the allotment on the same day, the order of selection shall be decided by ballot.

A small portion is suitable for cultivation, and the balance is pastoral land; well watered. These sections are easy of access, being on the main road from Hyde to Palmerston, and are within three miles of the Hyde Railway-station.
