Withdrawing Land from Selection as a Village-homestead Allotment.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the sixth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” and of every other power and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare that from and after the day of the date hereof the section of land enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be and is hereby withdrawn from selection as a village-homestead allotment.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION No. 10 (Te Kuiti Village Settlement), Block III., Otanake Survey District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres, more or less.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable William Lee, Baron Plunket, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-fifth day of October, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and five.

Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Blocks IX. and XIII., Pigeon Bay Survey District, Akaroa and Wainui Road District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” and its amendments, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the owner and of the mortgagees of the land mentioned in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Akaroa and Wainui Road Board, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Pigeon Bay Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the road first hereinbefore proclaimed.
