DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership which
has for some time past subsisted between us, the
undersigned, HENRY CHARLES BARKER and ALLAN ARTHUR
BARKER, in the business of Sheep-farmers, carried on by us
under the style or firm of “Barker Bros.,” upon the
Glendhu Station, Lake Wanaka, in the Provincial District
of Otago, has been dissolved as from the 25th April last, by
mutual consent, and that all accounts owing to the said
firm are to be paid to the said Henry Charles Barker, and
all debts and liabilities of the firm will be paid and dis-
charged by him.

subsisting between the undersigned, JOHN BRYCE,
JAMES BRYCE, and DAVID BRYCE, in the business of Farmers
and Graziers, at Lovell’s Flat, under the style of “Bryce
Bros.,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the
1st February, 1905, and that the undersigned David Bryce
will discharge all liabilities of the partnership.

PARTNERSHIP NOTICE.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership subsisting
between ERNEST CHARLES LITTLE and FRANK WAG-
HORN, carrying on business as Sawmillers, at Ngatimote, in
the Provincial District of Nelson, under the firm or style of
“Little and Waghorn,” has been dissolved as from the 1st
day of October, 1905, by the retirement of the said Ernest
Charles Little. The undersigned Frank Waghorn will con-
tinue the business under his own name of Frank Waghorn,
and all debts due by the late firm will be paid by him, and
all moneys owing to the late firm are to be paid to him.

THE Partnership heretofore existing between JOHN
ROBERT SINCLAIR, WILLIAM CUNNINGHAM MACGREGOR,
and ALEXANDER SINCLAIR is dissolved by effluxion of time as
from the 9th day of September instant, the said John
Robert Sinclair having retired from practice. The prac-
tice will be carried on as heretofore, under the style of
“Smith, MacGregor, and Sinclair,” by WILLIAM CUNNING-
HAM MACGREGOR and ALEXANDER SINCLAIR.
