NATIVE LAND COURT NOTICES.

Inquiry held by the Native Land Court under Section 49 of “The Native Land Laws Amendment Act, 1895.”

IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.
In the matter of the parcels of land known as Tutukau West Block and Tutukau East Block, and of the boundary-line between them.

WHEREAS, upon inquiry held by the Court in pursuance of the provisions of section 49 of “The Native Land Laws Amendment Act, 1895,” it appears that, upon the investigation of title to the said parcels, it was the intention of the Court to include the place known as Waipapa Pa within the boundaries of Tutukau West Block, and that it has been found, on surveying the dividing-line between Tutukau West Block and Tutukau East Block as defined by the Court, that the said Waipapa Pa has been included within the boundaries of Tutukau East Block contrary to the said intention :

In exercise of the powers conferred on me as Chief Judge of the said Court by “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” and the several Acts amending the same, I do hereby order that the said dividing-line shall be amended in the manner shown in the plan attached hereto and therein coloured red, each of the pieces of land therein marked A and B respectively to contain (as nearly as may be) four acres.

As witness my hand and the seal of the Court, this 2nd day of October, 1905.

H. G. SETH-SMITH, Chief Judge.
