pendencies; and issued under the Seal of the said
Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington,
this thirteenth day of October, in the year of our
Lord one thousand nine hundred and five.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by
section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” and its
amendments, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor
of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent of the
Hokianga County Council, being the local authority in
whose district the said lands are situated, do by this
notice hereby proclaim as taken for a road the lands in
Mangamuka Survey District hereinafter described, that is
to say,—

amendments, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor
of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent
of the owner, trustee, and of the mortgagees of the lands
mentioned in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Little
River Road Board, being the local authority in whose district
the said lands are situated, proclaim as a road the lands in
Block IV., Ellesmere Survey District, described in the First
Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents
as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the
Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason
of the road first hereinbefore proclaimed.
