IN accordance with “The Companies Act, 1903,” I hereby call a General Meeting of the company, to be held at the Arcade Meeting-rooms, York Chambers, Broadway, Stratford, N.Z., on Friday, 22nd September, 1905, at 7.30 p.m.
Business: To receive Liquidator’s account of winding-up, and disposal of books and documents of the company.

THE PAPAKURA PUBLIC HALL COMPANY (LIMITED).
NOTICE is hereby given that at an adjourned extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the above company, duly convened, and held at the Public Library, Papakura, on Monday, the 1st day of August, 1904, at 7.30 p.m., the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed:—
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the shareholders that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and for that purpose to appoint a Liquidator or Liquidators.”

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at its registered office, Wakefield Street, Auckland, on the 1st day of September, 1905, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed:—
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the company that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and that the company be wound up voluntarily”; and at the same meeting FRANK JOSEPH BODLE, FREDERICK BROCK WINSTONE, and WILLIAM BRUCE FORDYCE were appointed Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up.

In the matter of “The Public Works Act, 1894,” and the amendments thereof; and in the matter of the Greymouth harbour-works under construction by the Greymouth Harbour Board.
NOTICE is hereby given that, in pursuance of “The Public Works Act, 1894,” and the amendments thereof, a copy of the plan and book of reference showing part of Sections Nos. 323 and 324, Block 7, on the plan of Greymouth Native Reserve, proposed to be taken by the Greymouth Harbour Board for the purpose of carrying out the Greymouth harbour-works, have, by direction of the Greymouth Harbour Board, been deposited at its office in Gresson Street, Greymouth, and that the same are open for public inspection free of charge during the usual office hours of the Greymouth Harbour Board; and it is hereby further notified that all persons affected by such proposed taking and works are hereby required to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections to the execution of such works and to the taking of such lands, and to send such writing to the Greymouth Harbour Board within forty days from the first publication of this notice.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Loyal Kainapouri Lodge of the Wellington District of the New Zealand Branch of the Manchester Unity Independent Order of Odd Fellows Friendly Society, Register No. 312, (1), (7), held at Tawa Flat, is dissolved by instrument, registered at this office the 14th day of September, 1905, unless, within three months from the date of the Gazette in which this advertisement appears, proceedings be commenced by a member or other person interested in or having any claim on the funds of the society to set aside such dissolution and the same is set aside accordingly.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned ALEXANDER CLOUGHLY and HENRY FREDERICK MOSS, as Sawmillers, under the style of “Cloughly and Co.,” has this day been dissolved by mutual consent. The business will continue to be carried on as heretofore by the said Henry Frederick Moss in his own name, who has taken over all the assets of the partnership, and who will discharge all the partnership liabilities.
