In the matter of “The Medical Practitioners Registration Act, 1869.”

To the Registrar at Dunedin, Otago, New Zealand.

I, PERCY NORMAN AIKEN, of Ngapara, in the Provincial District of Otago, in New Zealand, Medical Practitioner, hereby give notice that I intend to apply on Friday, the 22nd day of September, 1905, to be registered under the provisions of “The Medical Practitioners Registration Act, 1869,” as a duly qualified medical practitioner, and that my qualification is as follows—namely, that I am a Bachelor of Medicine of the University of Sydney, N.S.W.; and I hereby notify that my diploma or evidence of qualification is deposited for public inspection in the office of the Registrar at Dunedin aforesaid, together with a copy thereof certified to as correct by one of His Majesty’s Justices of the Peace in and for the Colony of New Zealand.

MEDICAL REGISTRATION.

I, HARRY INNIS TRESIDDER, Member of the Royal College of Surgeons, England, and Licentiate of the Royal College of Physicians, London, now residing in Onehunga, hereby give notice that I intend applying on the 28th September, 1905, to have my name placed on the Medical Register for the Colony of New Zealand; and that I have deposited the evidence of my qualification in the office of the Registrar at Auckland.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership which has for some time past been carried on by GEORGE FREDERICK HOPKINS DEE, EDWARD ALBERT ERNEST DEE, WILLIAM ARTHUR DEE, ALBERT TASKER, and FRANCIS RISHWORTH, in the City of Nelson, under the firm of “Bert Tasker and Co.,” in the business of Drapers and Clothiers, has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 21st day of August, 1905.

The business will in future be carried on under the same style by Albert Tasker and Francis Rishworth, by whom all debts and liabilities of the late firm will be discharged.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto publicly carried on between the undersigned, trading as “H. Schroder and Son,” Drapers and Tailors, has this day ceased by mutual consent. The drapery business will in future be carried on by Mr. J. F. W. Schroder on his own account, under the style or firm of “F. Schroder and Co.”; and the tailoring business by Mr. J. H. C. Schroder on his own account.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto carried on by the undersigned, under the style or firm of “Smith, McKean, and Co.,” Sawmillers, is dissolved as from this date, Mr. Trewby having retired from the business. All debts owing by the late firm will be paid by Messrs. McKean Bros. and Smith, to whom all moneys owing to the firm must also be paid.
