Notice of Appeal withdrawn. — Te Pokuru No. 2f. — “The Native Land Court Act, 1894.”

IN THE NATIVE APPELLATE COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.

In the matter of Te Pokuru No. 2f Block, and of an appeal by R. E. M. Campbell (on behalf of his wife and family) against the decision of the Native Land Court given on the 15th day of March, 1905, partitioning the said land.

NOTICE is hereby given that, by notice to the Registrar, and with leave of the Chief Judge, the said appeal has been withdrawn.
