GREENSTONE SLUICING COMPANY (LIMITED).

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary meeting of the company, held on the 20th June, 1905, it was resolved that the company be wound up voluntarily, and Mr. RICHARD WILD, of Revell Street, Hokitika, was appointed Liquidator. These resolutions were confirmed at a subsequent meeting held on the 4th July instant.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company held at the registered office of the company, Regent Street, Hawera, on the 6th July, 1905, the following extraordinary resolutions were passed, viz.; “That Mr. W. G. White’s resignation as Liquidator be accepted”; “That Mr. E. C. HORNER be appointed Liquidator, vice Mr. W. G. White, resigned.”
