Order under Section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894.”

IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.

In the matter of the land known as Ngaromaki, and of the investigation of title thereto; and in the matter of the application of Hiria Reweti, dated the 12th day of February, 1902, under section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894.”

WHEREAS the said application was referred to the Native Land Court for inquiry and report, and it appears, upon inquiry held, that the names of Hiria Reweti, Mere Reweti, and Ema Reweti were by mistake omitted from the order of the Native Land Court made the 9th day of June, 1877, and from the memorial of ownership issued on the investigation of title to the said land, and that the said Hiria Reweti, Mere Reweti, and Ema Reweti are entitled to a share or interest therein :

Now, therefore, I, the undersigned, Chief Judge of the said Court, in pursuance and exercise of the powers in that behalf conferred on me by the said section 39 of the said Act, and for the purpose of rectifying the said mistake, do hereby order that the said order of the Court made the 9th day of June, 1877, and the memorial of ownership issued in pursuance thereof, be amended by adding to the list of persons found entitled to the said land the names of Hiria Reweti, Mere Reweti, and Ema Reweti as owners of the said land, and that their relative shares or interests therein shall be such as the Court may hereafter determine.

WHEREAS the said application was referred to the Native Land Court for inquiry and report, and it appears, upon inquiry held, that the names of Hiria Reweti and Mere Reweti were by mistake omitted from the order of the Native Land Court made the 9th day of July, 1878, and from the memorial of ownership issued on the investigation of the title to the said land, and that the said Hiria Reweti and Mere Reweti are entitled to a share or interest therein :
