NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
THE Partnership hitherto existing between the under-
signed as proprietors of the “Inglewood Coffee
Palace” has this day been dissolved, Mr. D. A. McKAY
having disposed of his interest therein to Mr. EDWIN NOPS,
by whom all debts due by the partnership and to whom all
debts due to the partnership are to be paid.
Dated at Inglewood, this 27th day of June, 1905.

signed as Cattle-dealers, under the firm-name of
“Kerr and Rogers,” has been mutually agreed to be dis-
solved as from the 1st day of July, 1905.
All liabilities of the late firm will be paid by, and all
moneys owing to the late firm must be paid to, Mr. R. D.
Rogers.

A SPECIAL Supplement to the New Zealand Gazette is
now published fortnightly, containing all notices con-
cerning patents and trade-marks required by law to be
gazetted; also, particulars of lapsed applications for patents,
expired letters patent, and other information useful to in-
ventors, manufacturers, and others. The Supplement will
be issued free to subscribers to the Gazette, and to others on
payment of a subscription of ten shillings per annum, pay-
able in advance to the Government Printer.
