In the matter of the New Scotia Gold-mining Company (Limited).
At an extraordinary general meeting of members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at the registered office of the company, Bridge Street, Reefton, on Friday, the 13th day of January, 1905, the following extraordinary resolution was passed:—
“That it is proved to the satisfaction of the company that it cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it be wound up voluntarily.”
And at the said meeting Thomas Hubert Lee, of Reefton, Mining Agent, was appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.
