Land at Flaxbourne Settlement, Marlborough Land District,
open for Selection on Lease in Perpetuity, and Small
Grazing-runs for Lease for Twenty-one Years.

NOTICE is hereby given that 13,356 acres 3 roods
15 perches of agricultural and pastoral land will be
open for selection on lease in perpetuity, and 30,731 acres
open for selection as small grazing-runs, on Thursday, 22nd
day of June, 1905, under the provisions of “The Land for
Settlements Consolidation Act, 1900,” and its amendments.
If more than one application be received for the same
section or run on the same day, then the order of selection
shall be decided by ballot.
