said Wharepuhunga No. 2 Block, to a point on the western boundary-line of the last-mentioned subdivision distant 25000 links south of its north-west corner; thence towards the south by a right line proceeding due west a distance of 29500 links; thence towards the west by a right line proceeding due north a distance of 8700 links; thence again towards the south by a right line proceeding due west a distance of 10000 links to a Native reserve of 3,776 acres 3 roods; and thence again towards the west by the said Native reserve, and by Section No. 3 of Block X. aforesaid: exclusive of roads and reserves which are within the above-described boundary: as the same is delineated upon the plan marked S.G. 39770, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon bordered blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable William Lee, Baron Plunket, Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this ninth day of May, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and five.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” and its amendments, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the owners and mortgagees of the lands mentioned in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Waitara West Road Board, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the lands in Paritutu Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the road first hereinbefore proclaimed.
