NOTICE is hereby given that evidence of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of a certain lease (registered number 3518), from the PATEA BOROUGH COUNCIL to JOHN GILLMAN BEAMISH, of Section 17, Block 40, Borough of Patea, having been produced to me. the same will be treated as lost, and the production thereof for the purpose of registering a certain dealing with the said lease will be dispensed with. unless caveat be lodged at this office within one month from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at the Chamber of Commerce, Swanson Street, Auckland, on Tuesday, the 28th day of March, 1905, the following special resolution was duly passed, and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the members of the said company, also duly convened, and held at the same place on Tuesday, the 18th day of April, 1905, the following resolution was duly confirmed, viz.:—
“That the company be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of ‘The Companies Act, 1903,’ and that George Elliot, of Auckland, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”

THE Partnership hitherto existing between HENRY JAMES HARRIS and SYDNEY JOHN ARTHUR HICKLING, under the style of “Harris and Hickling,” is dissolved by mutual consent as from the 31st March, 1905.
