Notice of the Laying-off of Roads through Subdivisions of
Mairekura, Blocks X. and XI., Makotuku Survey District.
NOTICE is hereby given, by direction of His Excellency
the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, under
the authority of section 92 of “The Public Works Act,
1894,” that the roads described in the Schedule hereto were,
on the 20th June, 1904, duly taken and laid off through
the land specified in the said Schedule, under the authority
of the Governor of the said colony, by Warrant dated 20th
April, 1904.

NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to an application in that behalf made to me by the Greymouth Carpenters, Painters, Plumbers, and Bricklayers’ Industrial Union of Workers, registered No. 477, situated at Greymouth, the registration of that industrial union will be cancelled at the expiration of six weeks from the date hereof unless within the six weeks specified proceedings be commenced by a member or other person interested in or having some claim on the funds of the industrial union to set aside such cancellation, and the same is set aside accordingly.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by “The Industrial Conciliation
and Arbitration Amendment Act, 1901,” I, Edward Tregear, Registrar of Industrial Unions under the Act, do hereby notify that
JOHN SPENCER SELWYN MEDLEY,
of New Plymouth, land agent, has been duly elected as Chairman of the Board of Conciliation in and for the Taranaki Industrial District, for the residue of the term of Mr. J. B. Roy, who has resigned.
