NATIVE LAND COURT NOTICES.
Order under Section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894.”
IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.
In the matter of the Mangawhero Block, and of an order dated the 17th day of February, 1896, purporting to determine the successors to the interest of Manahi te Hiakai therein; and of the application of Manahi te Hiakai and others, under section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894.”
WHEREAS the said application was referred to the Native Land Court for inquiry and report: And whereas it appears that the said Manahi te Hiakai is still living:
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers vested in me in that behalf by section 39 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” I do hereby order that the said succession order be revoked.

Application for Confirmation Certificate under Section 55.

NOTICE is hereby given that application has been made to a Judge of the Court for a certificate under section 55 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” confirming the alienation hereunder specified. All objections to the granting of such certificate must be lodged with me within fourteen days from the publication of this notice.
